Technology plays a daily role in my life. I work for AT&T California and sit at a computer desk all day long looking at different accounts. There are difficulties with the computer system that we use. Most of our ordering tools are web-based programming. When the network is down, the employees are unable to meet the quota in sales that the company demands to be met. There are multiple days in the week where the employees are frustrated over the computer system running too slow; or not working at all. On most occasions, we are able to solve the issues for the customers and the frustration is not with the technology, but the customers on the phone.
