Can a virtual rape lead to a conviction of “rape” in real life?

http://virtuallyblind.com/2007/04/24/open-roundtable-allegations-of-virtual-rape-bring-belgian-police-to-second-life
http://www.wtfsrsly.com/sl.php

-coding would allow a user to take over another avatar and “rape” them
-however, the second user can just log off
-most coding needs consent, you can’t be raped unless you wanted to be
-coding could be hidden in an object
-not minors, adults
-virtual characters, not real people
-how would you charge the “raper”?
-barbie and ken blog
-sexual harassment goes a long way
-rape is hard to prove anymore
-duke sports case
-would any type of “freedom of speech, ect” be able to protect the “raper” becasue it was an online open community
-why doesn’t second life control these codes?
-programers will find a way around it?
(-how many sicko’s are out there getting off to raping avatars?! crazy….)
-i can’t find any more legal cases about this…. is the belgium icodent the first?
